How to Set It Up

What we send you
We supply a fully configured access point that is already set up and connected to Lanzio. The WiFi network name (SSID), captive portal branding, and connection to our platform are all done before it leaves us.
What you do
- Unbox the device — You’ll receive the access point plus any cabling we include.
- Plug into your existing router — Connect the access point to a spare LAN port on your current router (the one that already gives you internet). No special router settings are required.
- Plug into a power socket — Connect the power adapter to the access point and to the mains.
Once the device has power and a link to your router, it will power up and start broadcasting the guest WiFi network of your choice—fully set up and already connected to Lanzio. Guests will see your branded login page when they connect, and you can start promoting your brand and collecting valuable marketing data straight away.
No onsite IT, no complex configuration, and no need to touch router or firewall settings unless you want to. If you have a spare port and a power socket, you’re ready to go.
