What marketing channels do you support?

We currently support marketing to your contacts through email, SMS and WhatsApp included on all plans. All options are available on all plans, WhatsApp and SMS require a small monthly fee to setup a new number for you, and you pay a simple message cost based on the underlying message costs.

Do you charge a markup on the messaging costs?

No, we charge a monthly fee which pays for the platform, you pay on a pay as you go basis to send emails and WhatsApp messages and we charge the same as the provider.

Tell me about GPDR compliance?

Our platform is hosted in the UK and all of your data remains in the UK. When a contact is added to the system we maintain an opt out per channel, ensuring the user has control over their data and its use.

What currencies do you bill in?

All our billing is run through the Stripe platform, so we support billing in every major currency. At the beginning of your contract we will confirm which currency you want to be billed in and the cost in that currency.

What wifi hardware do you support?

On our Bronze and Silver plans we provide branded, fully configured hardware so you can be up and running out of the box. On Enterprise, we work with all major AP manufacturers supported by our reseller partners, so your existing or preferred hardware can be used.

Do Lanzio sell direct to the public?

Yes. We sell our Bronze and Silver packages, both including a fully configured access point, direct to end users. For multi-site deployments we offer the Enterprise plan, delivered by our network of specialist reseller partners who bring the networking expertise to design and roll out at scale.
