We currently support marketing to your contacts through email, SMS and WhatsApp. The pricing model is clear and simple and based on a simple monthly fee and a simple message cost based on the underlying message costs.

Do Lanzio sell direct to the public?

Lanzio is a technology company and we focus 100% on building the best platform for our customers. We do not sell direct to customers, but we will connect you to a reseller who knows the product and your industry and can help you implement it.

Do you charge a markup on the messaging costs?

No, we charge a monthly fee which pays for the platform, you pay on a pay as you go basis to send emails and WhatsApp messages and we charge the same as the provider.

Tell me about GPDR compliance?

Our platform is hosted in the UK and all of your data remains in the UK. When a contact is added to the system we maintain an opt out per channel, ensuring the user has control over their data and its use.

What currencies do you bill in?

All our billing is run through the Stripe platform, so we support billing in every major currency. At the beginning of your contract we will confirm which currency you want to be billed in and the cost in that currency.
