What wifi hardware do you support?

The Lanzio platform works to industry standards and works with all brands of wifi that support captive portals.

What marketing channels do you support?

We currently support marketing to your contacts through email, SMS and WhatsApp included on all plans. All options are available on all plans, WhatsApp and SMS require a small monthly fee to setup a new number for you, and you pay a simple message cost based on the underlying message costs.

Do Lanzio sell direct to the public?

Yes. We sell our Bronze package, including a fully configured access point, direct to end users. Our more advanced Silver and Gold packages, which require networking expertise, are available via our specialist reseller partners.

Do you charge a markup on the messaging costs?

No, we charge a monthly fee which pays for the platform, you pay on a pay as you go basis to send emails and WhatsApp messages and we charge the same as the provider.

Tell me about GPDR compliance?

Our platform is hosted in the UK and all of your data remains in the UK. When a contact is added to the system we maintain an opt out per channel, ensuring the user has control over their data and its use.

What currencies do you bill in?

All our billing is run through the Stripe platform, so we support billing in every major currency. At the beginning of your contract we will confirm which currency you want to be billed in and the cost in that currency.
